Annette Candelaria Rodriguez was born in New Jersey, USA, and raised in Utuado, Puerto Rico. She has lived in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, for thirty years. She has a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in technology management.



She is the author of How to delight in Jehovah in the midst of my trials, a book on spiritual growth. Silver Eyes is her first novel in the category of fiction, adventure, and fantasy.
